How the Process Works:
Because Flux Halo products are personal care items that are applied directly to the skin, they cannot be resold once opened. To qualify for a performance-based refund, we require a "Routine Validation" video.

Step 1: The Routine Validation
To ensure the patches were used according to our medical-grade care instructions, please record a brief video (60-90 seconds) showing:

1. The current condition of your patches (to verify they were cleaned and stored as instructed).

2. A quick demonstration of how you apply them to your skin.
   This helps our team verify that the silicone's adhesive properties remained intact and that the "micro-climate" effect was achievable.

Step 2: Submit Your Request
Email your video and order number to support@fluxhalo.shop. Our skincare specialists will review your technique within 48 hours. If the product truly isn't a fit for your skin type, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Step 3: Return the Kit
Once authorized, ship your kit back to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing:
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned kit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
