Our 90-Day Results Guarantee for the silicone patches
At Flux Halo, we don’t just sell patches; we sell results. Medical-grade silicone works by creating a micro-climate that hydrates and smooths the skin, but it requires consistent use and proper care.
If you have used your Flux Halo kit as directed for at least 30 days and are not satisfied with your skin's improvement, we will honor a full refund of your purchase price.
How the Process Works:
Because Flux Halo products are personal care items that are applied directly to the skin, they cannot be resold once opened. To qualify for a performance-based refund, we require a "Routine Validation" video.
Step 1: The Routine Validation
To ensure the patches were used according to our medical-grade care instructions, please record a brief video (60-90 seconds) showing:

The current condition of your patches (to verify they were cleaned and stored as instructed).

A quick demonstration of how you apply them to your skin.
This helps our team verify that the silicone's adhesive properties remained intact and that the "micro-climate" effect was achievable.
Step 2: Submit Your Request
Email your video and order number to timelesstribe.beauty@gmail.com Our skincare specialists will review your technique within 48 hours. If the product truly isn't a fit for your skin type, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Step 3: Return the Kit
Once authorized, ship your kit back to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
OUR 14 days Return Guarantee for INFUSION collections Products
The Infusion Collection (14-Day Unopened Return): Due to strict cosmetic safety and hygiene regulations, our high-performance liquid formulas can only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging . Return requests for the Infusion Line must be opened within 14 days of delivery
